What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing time

Within 1–3 working days after the order is placed, the order is checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time

New Zealand: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
Australia: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days

Orders shipped to New Zealand are generally delivered by Aramex New Zealand, while orders shipped to Australia are generally delivered by iMile Delivery.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are calculated from the date of dispatch, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please note that during peak periods, including but not limited to Christmas, Black Friday, New Year, and other high volume sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click Track Your Order in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number is not working

It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking information is still not available after several days, please contact customer service.
