Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after the order is placed, the order is checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time
New-Zealand: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post. All delivery times are exclusive of any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the parcel.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click “Track Your Order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking information is still not available after several days, please contact customer service.
