Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the date on which:

  • you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered at the same time;
  • you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the last good, where you have ordered multiple goods in a single order and these goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This may be done by email: SUPPORT@AUCKZY.COM. 
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods; or
  • you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us or hand them over without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

  • For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
  • For the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of conclusion of the agreement, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market;
  • For the supply of newspapers, journals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements.

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of agreements:

  • For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • For the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
  • For the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
